NetQoS Announces Full Integration of NetVoyant Module in the NetQoS Performance Center
NetQoS Inc. has released the NetQoS Performance Center v1.1 with complete integration of its polling module to complement its suite of network performance management modules.
The NetQoS Performance Center v1.1 now incorporates the full functionality of the NetVoyant(R) device performance monitoring product NetQoS acquired in April 2005 from RedPoint Network Systems. With the NetVoyant polling product, the Performance Center now provides SNMP-based performance metrics for managing network infrastructure, devices, and services.

The Performance Center’s other modules include NetQoS SuperAgent(R) for end-to-end performance monitoring and NetQoS ReporterAnalyzer(TM) for Cisco IOS(R) NetFlow and network analysis module (NAM) traffic reporting and analysis.

The NetQoS Performance Center is a centralized Web-based console that integrates data from NetQoS products, helping organizations understand the impact of change on networks, reduce costs associated with infrastructure upgrades, and pinpoint the cause of problems. Different individuals and groups in the IT organization such as engineering, operations and management can create role-specific views to see only the data they are interested in, from a current list of the worst performing applications on the network to a detailed analysis of the protocols on a given link.
